Working as Georgia private investigators we handle hundreds of  adultery and divorce cases with many of those cases involving decisions about the custody of children. We have definitely seen some cases in the past where the wrong decision was made about which parent should be awarded custody, but these cases are definitely in the minority. It is our belief that the courts intent is to always rule wisely and in an unbiased fashion. But judges are human and sometimes humans make mistakes.

There can be no doubt, though that having substantial evidence can help sway a court’s ruling. That’s where having a competent private investigator on your side is crucial.
