For a very long time me personally and many other PI’s used. Skip Tracy, Universal and others. The monthly cost involved was too high.

Today, one great and inexpensive soultion is as follows. Before I give you a break down; you will save from 50 to 60 percent using my recipe over the rest! BE patient, it sounds complicated, its not, you only need to set it up once.

Here it is:

1- Purchase a Nokia prepaid phone ATT (around $20 from Wal-mart or Target). Activate using a fictitiuos name and out of area zip code. There are two plans, flat rate and per minute. Purchase a calling card let’s say $50 worth. It should last you for more than a month. You will also get another $10 credit added to your balance for first time customers.
(Try not to refill balance using your own credit or debit card. You can purchase refill cards from 7-Elevens or other retailer for cash).

2- Signup with Trapcall.com for their “Bear Trap” service. Its free for 14 days. ($25 a month after – flat fee) Program your phone as they say. They also have live online chat and they are good at answering tech emails. (Read below for feautres and how to use the service)..

*You can use your prepaid phone for outgoing and incoming calls.

3- Purchase minutes from SpoofCard.com use a discreet email. They will instantly provide you with a number and a PIN. *use this service to call from your regular or cell phone to change the number on the reipient’s caller ID .if you don’t care use your prepaid (I will explain how you can block unwanted callers below)..

FEATURES

4- How this works and what you need to accomplish?

A- Get the address on any phone instantly on your prepaid phone.
Call your prepaid phone from your regular phone using the SpoofCard service. Display the subject’s phone on the Caller ID . Ignore the call, you will instantly get the subject’s name and address (70 percent of the time).
This works for all types of phones including Magic Jack.

B- save money using your prepaid phone and not a trap line or a calling card.
* When someone calls your prepaid phone with the Bear Trap flat fee service you will login to your account online and then you can block and phone number from calling you again.
* The service texts your phone and at no extra charge the name and address of the subsriber/ as explained above.
* The service will transcribe the entire voicemail message left on your prepaid and send it instantly by email.

NO Contracts , no cancellation fee.

I have a client in need of a Family Law Attorney specializing in child custody in Los angeles County.

The woman he has co-habitated with for 7-8 years has disappeared with their 2 children, ages 3 and 7. He has not seen or heard from them since 05/13/09. He has suspicions of their whereabouts but cannot be sure.
