This was a particularly sad case. We were hired to track down a mother and her child who our client believed was in danger. The mother had a known drug dependency problem and the father and his attorney felt the child could be exposed to harmful elements. We always seemed to be one step behind this particular lady. She moved three times in one week, and then finally she moved back to one of her original apartments.
