A New Twist On “The Dog Ate My Homework”…
Atlanta Private Investigator Discovers Way to Cat-Proof Your Computer
Recently, an article appeared in the Sun-Sentinel Newspaper (Palm Beach County, FL) about Keith Griffin, a man arrested for allegedly owning a computer that contained images of child pornography. The article was entitled:
Treasure Coast man blames cat for downloaded child pornography
Now, the Marin County Sheriff’s didn’t buy his story and I doubt many others would either, but did you know there’s actually software avalable to cat-proof your computer??
No, we didn’t know it either, but it’s true and you can obtain a copy of it here: http://www.bitboost.com/pawsense/
From their website:
PawSense is a software utility that helps protect your computer from cats. It quickly detects and blocks cat typing, and also helps train your cat to stay off the computer keyboard.

Well I have to admit I got a good laugh when I read about the program to protect your computer from your cat erroneously typing on your computer. I got a bigger laugh when I saw someone who tried to blame the cat for downloading child pornography. I never knew that cats had a interest in pornography but I’m sure there’s a first time for everything. Not only am I going to have to watch my cat but I guess I’ll have to keep my eye on my golden retriever. Thanks for the article guys – sometimes we just need a laugh especially in our business.
