This was a particularly sad case. We were hired to track down a mother and her child who our client believed was in danger. The mother had a known drug dependency problem and the father and his attorney felt the child could be exposed to harmful elements. We always seemed to be one step behind this particular lady. She moved three times in one week, and then finally she moved back to one of her original apartments. We gained access to the apartment after the father arrived to take his child to document the living conditions and what we saw was quite unbelievable. Judge for yourself, as this video will show you:

I know this seems hard to believe but it’s actually true. This Atlanta private investigator researched the issue and came up with the following.
The Communications Act of 1934 was designed to allow regulators access to any facility that was broadcasting a wireless signal, such as a radio signal, in an effort to crack down on pirate radio stations. The Act was amended in 1996 but the provision I’m talking about here still apply.
A wireless (WiFi) router is a broadcasting device. It broadcasts a radio signal to your computer so your computer can connect to the internet. In effect, it’s really no different than your local radio station broadcasting a signal so your radio can pick it up.
